Darfur’s governor-elect says rebel militias’ actions have surpassed those of terrorist organizations

  The Darfur region is run by rebel militias whose practices have gone beyond being a terrorist group.

After the militia destroyed the city of Wad Madani, the capital of the Jazira state, and parts of its districts, administrative units and villages and massacred the people in large numbers, they moved to the neighboring state of Sennar, the capital of the Zarqa Sultanate, and entered the cities of Sinja and Dindar, causing serious damage to these cities, killing many men, women and children, violating the sacred status of women and depriving people of all classes of their rights. In search of money, they looted banks, shops, vehicles and agricultural machinery.

What the Rapid Support Militia has done in cities like Sennar State, Sinja and Dindir, and before that in cities like Madani, the capital of Kordofan and Darfur, clearly confirms that this militia is a pervasive evil, a cancer that destroys and ruins the Sudanese state and creates chaos in it, it has no noble goals other than to kill, plunder, pillage, humiliate and systematically impoverish the Sudanese people by taking over his property, intimidating him and driving him out of his safe homeland, which is its method of outdoing all terrorist organizations in the world.
Society cannot coexist with this terrorism and cancer, it must be eradicated in order for Sudan’s body to heal.
