July 3, 2024– Applications for the Australian Embassy Direct Assistance Program are now open and will run from 4 July 2024 to 9 August 2024.
The Direct Assistance Program (DAP) is a flexible, small grants program funded by the Australian Government, and grants to Palau are administered by the Australian Embassy.
DAP supports projects that benefit the community as a whole. It provides funding to NGOs, community groups, religious groups and schools for organizational development activities.
DAP is able to fund projects that have a direct, tangible and immediate impact on the community. The maximum grant amount per project is $20,000 and applicants must clearly describe the scope, objectives and rationale of their project. Project duration may not exceed 12 months.
