While most people associate Hansab with ATMs, the company actually provides high-tech payment, security, multimedia and customer service solutions, as well as parking systems, in sectors ranging from banking to healthcare and security. Although Hansab has been a Telia customer for nearly 27 years, Telia has also provided Hansab Disaster Recovery Services to corporate customers since 2019. In April this year, all of the company’s IT services were transferred to Telia.

He says that if we were used to doing everything ourselves up to this point, the transition to Telia could cause some anxiety. “If you give up your services, you have to make sure they are still secure. You have to trust your partner that what is promised will actually be done.” However, he has nothing bad to say about the partnership so far – the service is exactly what was promised. “As we were in a tight time frame, the professionalism of the Telia team and the various technical solutions they came up with were very helpful to us at the time.”

In order to fully ensure the safety of its partners, they regularly monitor the security services provided by Telia and conduct security checks on Telia’s infrastructure at certain intervals. So far, Telia has not crashed in it.

“Technical staff can now focus on activities that generate revenue for the company, and we can provide better solutions to our customers,” Rosin said, explaining that the company’s resources can now be better utilized. “As part of this entire transition, it became clear that the people who are in charge of our affairs at Telia are really top experts who really know what they are doing.”
