Aruba’s culinary landscape is changing thanks to the vision of Chef Urvin Croes, the creative mind behind our island’s most sophisticated and innovative culinary experience, Infini Aruba. In less than four years, Urvin and his team have redefined Aruba’s cuisine, serving up an 8-course menu that changes every three months. This commitment to creativity and excellence has not only captivated Caribbean food lovers, but has also earned international recognition.
Infini Aruba is more than just a restaurant; it’s a blank canvas for Chef Urvin and his team to create culinary art that rivals the fine dining capitals of the world. Their commitment to further pushing the frontiers of high-end food has sparked interest in a variety of prestigious culinary events in Washington, New York, Houston, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Santo Domingo, Spain, Colombia and the Netherlands.
Infini enters its fourth year in November 2024 and the restaurant continues to attract some of the world’s most renowned chefs to Aruba to work with Chef Urvin and his team. In September, Chef Urvin was invited to showcase his skills at one of South America’s most prestigious culinary festivals, “BogotaEats”, where he will join influential international chefs who have participated in the event in the past.
But Chef Urvin’s influence doesn’t stop there. In September, he’s been invited to showcase his talents in the Dominican Republic, where he’ll be teaming up with former London MasterChef Award winner Jason Howard, who, like Urvin Croes, is committed to promoting Caribbean cuisine at a high level.

Not to mention the important role played by the Aruba Tourism Authority in this project. Aruba’s cuisine is one of the products that ATA promotes internationally. It supports many of our chefs, including ensuring that Urvin Croes was able to attend the event in Bogota. ATA itself considered it a great event to participate in BogotaEats as Aruba. The close collaboration between the culinary community and ATA is to be appreciated.
In addition to Infini, Chef Urvin is also the creative mind behind Po-Ke Ono, which has become a fixture on the Aruban culinary scene. Po-Ke Ono is consistently ranked among the top 10 restaurants on the island and has held the number one spot in the Palm Beach area on TripAdvisor for more than two years in a row. Po-Ke Ono embodies Chef Urvin’s ability to combine innovation with accessibility, bringing exceptional culinary experiences to a wider audience.
For those seeking the highest culinary experience in Aruba, Infini is where local talent meets international standards. Chef Urvin Croes and his team invite those who appreciate fine dining to come and try for themselves the most creative and innovative cuisine of our island. Each dish is a testimony to the Infini team’s commitment to excellence. Whether you want to celebrate a special occasion or simply want to enjoy a world-class culinary experience, Infini offers you an experience on par with world-famous places such as France, London, New York or San Francisco. Don’t miss your chance to experience Infini’s menu 11, which will be available until November 15, 2024.
