Here is the official trailer of Soha Ali Khan’s upcoming film Chaarfutiya Chhokare which also stars Harsh Mayar, Zakir Hussain, Seema Biswas and Mukesh Tiwari. The film is directed by Manish Harishankar and produced by Maxor Movies. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 1, 2014.
Story: Neha Tandon is a non-Indian girl who returns to India to start a school in her parents’ hometown. She is optimistic and happy about her career but she has no idea of the hardships, obstacles and risks that await her in this quiet little village.
Her meeting with three boys, Awadhesh, Hari and Gorakh, was a joyous one, but it was also the beginning of a nightmare. All three boys were hardcore criminals and became the center of her activities. She vowed to stop crime and sexual exploitation of children in the village. Her meeting with Janaki (the mother of one of the boys, Awadesh) explained the political-criminal nexus that was deeply rooted in the system. Neha was determined to save all three from the world of crime.
Will she succeed? Or will she have to accept the terms and conditions set by the criminals in the area? Will a revolution for change happen in this small village?
