Erla Hlynsdóttir came to Hljóðveg 1 to talk about the Íslandsmót bread-making events that will be held in Reykjavík and Akureyri on July 14, 21 and 28. She is the founder of Erla og Erla’s Braudtertufélag, a Facebook group with 17,000 people where people interested in bread and cake can share pictures, recipes and get advice. There was a big demand for Íslandsmót when making bread, so she decided to give it a try.
