Deputies of the Transitional Legislative Assembly will examine on Thursday, July 18, 2024, two bills, one related to the mining code of Burkina Faso and the other to local content in the mining sector of Burkina Faso.
During the plenary session, 12 deputies representing political parties and groups adopted their terms by acclamation following the dismissal of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Territorial Administration.
Notably absent were representatives of the former APMP, former CFOP and former ONA coalition. The 12 political parties invited to elect representatives are now in the Transitional Legislative Assembly.
We note the arrival of seven new delegates: Willio Coulibaly, Ajaratou Ouedraogo, Badla Ali Ouedraogo, Mohameddou Salogo, Abdoulaye Sawadogo, Herman Yelcuni and François Sangre.
On the other hand, there is no trace of political parties like MPP, UPC, CDP, UNIR/MPS, NTD, RPI, ADF/RDA, etc.
