Broward Health appoints Donald Ichus as new foundation president

Broward Health announces Donald Ichas as new president Broward Health Foundation.

Eachus will lead the foundation’s fundraising efforts, major gifts, annual giving, special events and all capital campaign initiatives.

Most recently, Eachus served as Director of Development for the Memorial Foundation and the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation. In this role, he managed the day-to-day operations of the Development Department and worked with board members on various fundraising initiatives.

Prior to his role at Memorial Library, Eachus served as Director of Development for the Broward Public Library Foundation, where he built strong relationships with foundations, corporations, community partners and potential donors.

With his diverse background, Eachus will be a great asset to Broward Health. His leadership is expected to help the Foundation continue to thrive and make significant progress in promoting healthier communities.

Eachus holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College in Michigan.
