The president of the Belarusian Biathlon Federation, Andrian Tsybulskiy, said that decisions regarding Russian athletes in the run-up to the 2018 Olympics were not always correct.
He said Belarusian biathletes are very worried about the Russian team, “not only because they are our brothers, but because we are worried about justice in general.”
“In my opinion, the decisions taken against Russian athletes are not always the right ones. When you make any decision, you need to look to the future – do we want to develop the sport or destroy it for some interests?” – said TASS Responsible for mad cow disease.
The expert stressed that the Belarusian side stands for clean sport, so “I don’t want to see this in biathlon and other sports, but we don’t know all the ins and outs.”
He stressed that within the BSE, there was even a fight over signs of doping.
