Before New York’s game against the Toronto Blue Jays on Friday night, a group of fans in the right field stands at Yankee Stadium chanted “USA! USA!” as “Oh, Canada” played.

When Max Greenberg, a junior at Manhattan’s Dwight School, sang the national anthem, most of the more than 45,000 fans inside the baseball stadium ignored his shouts.

The start of the match was delayed by 86 minutes due to rain.
