In response to an offensive video of a girl in a bikini washing a car, the local government of Rach Dua district in Ba Ria-Vung Tau city, Vung Tau province, cooperated with the store manager.
On the morning of February 22, on social networks Facebook A short video appeared and circulated, recording a girl in a bikini washing a car at a car wash. In addition to the girl, there were two men holding cameras in the video, directing the girl to wash the car and take pictures.
The car wash in the video was later identified as being located on Binh Gia Street, Rach Dua District, Vung Tau City, and run by Mr. THP, who was born in 1997 and lives in District 7, Vung Tau City.
After the video was released, it attracted many comments and shares on social networks.

After receiving the information, the Rach Dua District People’s Committee and the police intervened to verify and cooperate with the manager of the above-mentioned car wash.
According to Mr. P, on February 21, a group of customers came to the store to wash their cars. After washing their cars, the customers asked him for permission to take photos in the store. Because they were strangers, he agreed, and all the photographers and models in the car were customers.
Mr. P admitted in the report that allowing customers to take photos in bikinis in the store was against good customs and traditions, and promised not to do so again.
Regarding the above incident, Mr. Cao Tien Xu, Chairman of the Rach Dua District People’s Committee, said that after work, the District People’s Committee made the car wash manager sign a letter of commitment not to repeat the violations and handle it strictly in accordance with the law.
