The volume of 81,055 Fcfp increased by 10% between June 2023 and 2024, the highest RMC observed in any period.
Meanwhile, the international hotel industry in French Polynesia offered 74,538 rented rooms, 2.5% more than in June 2023. However, the ISPf noted that international hotel sales fell by 6.7% in one year.
Finally, in the first half of 2024, the average institutional load factor (CMR) was 64.6%, down 5.7 percentage points from one year ago.
