Salome went back to work that morning, but she was confused about what to do. Because in his opinion, the only way to solve the problem was to tell Jacob the truth.
When Salome arrived at her office that morning, she instructed her secretary to postpone all “appointments” for the day and not to allow anyone into her office.
But Salome was very surprised, as if she had seen a ghost. At exactly nine o’clock, the door of her office opened and she saw Naomi’s brother, Ruth’s daughter, appear.
When Ruth entered her office, Salome jumped up and stood staring at the door, not saying a word.

Salome was speechless, but stood like a statue.
