CHICAGO — Anti-Israel protesters marched to the United Center — where the Democratic National Convention ended Thursday night — and delivered a message to Vice President Kamala Harris: Democrats are funding a “genocide” against Palestinians and not doing enough to reach a ceasefire.

Amid the sea of anti-Israel agitators — most of whom covered their faces — there were also a number of different groups scattered throughout the DNC safe zone who were also protesting for their own causes. Anti-abortion activists also took a stand against abortion, while others protested against businesses and former President Trump.

Yet almost all organizations are firmly opposed to Israel. The activist group Heal Our Homeland distributed leaflets that read “Make the Intifada Global.”

“Israel is a terrorist state,” one protester shouted into a megaphone near a security checkpoint at the Democratic National Committee. “Stop funding Israel.”

“As they formally nominate the killer Kamara as president of the trial chamber, we want to make it clear that nothing they say or do at this congress can wash away the blood on the hands of Palestinian men, women and children,” one protester said through a megaphone to a park filled with demonstrators.

Demonstrators gathered around 5 p.m. and began a march led by Chicago Police Chief Larry Snelling and officers.

Protesters waved signs and Palestinian flags and chanted into megaphones: “There is only one solution, the uprising revolution” and “Long live the counter-uprising.”

“Absolutely not,” protester Cole Bennett told Fox News Digital when asked if he supports Vice President Harris’ Israel policy. “That’s why we’re here… The fact is that the policy that we’re actively seeking is a ceasefire, which means nothing when you have the ability to stop aid and the bombing of Israel. They can do that tomorrow, and they should, and until they do that, they shouldn’t expect any votes from us.”

Another protester, Evan, held a sign that read “Joe Biden be a man, save the kids” and “Put Your Weapons Down.”

“There should be a forced ceasefire. I don’t think Joe Biden will suffer too much from this,” he told Fox News Digital. “And he’s not running for reelection anyway, so if that’s what they’re worried about, he should sacrifice for the team, and it will clear the way for November and it will get a lot of people behind him.”

He added: “This is still Joe Biden’s game.”

Later that evening, other anti-Israel groups that marched toward the United Center burned American flags.

Vice President Harris accepted the Democratic National Committee’s nomination Thursday night to become the party’s candidate to run against Trump in the November election.
