At around 3 pm on Sunday (August 25), some officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs spoke to them and led a seven-member delegation to the office of the Home Advisor.

At the time, one of the delegations said: “We were told that you come in and the civil adviser will talk to you. Let’s see who we sit with and we will not leave this movement without guarantees if our demands are not met. Nationalisation must take place.

Meanwhile, Interior Ministry Public Relations Officer Faisal Hassan said a seven-member delegation of Ansar members had come to the ministry for a meeting with the adviser.

Ansar members took to the streets for the fourth day in a row today. As they gathered in front of the press conference and surrounded the secretariat, all the surrounding roads were blocked. Under such circumstances, no one could leave or enter the secretariat.
