The day before yesterday in Milan, Moschino’s new artistic director Adrian Abiolazza presented a menswear collection that combined change, elegance and free movement, his first for the Italian brand.
In a sprawling warehouse on the eastern outskirts of Milan, fashion models walked among piles of colorful bags.
Moschino kicked off the 2025 Spring/Summer Men’s Fashion Week with this press conference. It is expected to witness 84 events by the day after tomorrow, including 24 fashion shows and 52 press conferences.
Abiolaza uses sleek cuts and lightweight fabrics. Fashionable pieces on display include loose overalls with skinny ties, shirts with country patterns and jeans with detachable hems.
The designs are not without a sense of humor, as in addition to the heart-shaped bags, some feature pizza or large smiley faces. Abiolaza draws on Moschino’s rich archive and updates pieces that the brand is famous for.
