“Al-Akhdar” continues preparations for meeting with Jordan the day after tomorrow

Today, the Saudi national team continued training at its training camp in Riyadh in preparation for the match against the Jordanian national team at Al Awal Park Stadium the day after tomorrow (Tuesday) as part of the sixth and final match of the second round of the 2026 World Cup Asian qualifiers and the 2027 Asian Cup Asian qualifiers.

On the pitch, Al Akhdar players trained on the pitch at the Mahad Academy under the guidance of technical director Roberto Mancini. It started with warm-up exercises, then box drills, before Mancini performed tactical drills across the pitch. The training session ended with stretching exercises.

In a related matter, player Mukhtar Ali participated in group training with his teammates.

Akhdar will conclude his preparations with a training session at the Mahd Academy pitch tomorrow evening at 7pm, which will be open to the media a quarter of an hour before.

Tomorrow at 12:30 noon, national team coach Roberto Mancini will hold a press conference in the press conference hall of Al Awal Park Stadium to talk about Akhdar’s clash with the Jordanian national team in the last round of the second round of Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup.
