AIGE/Party Conference: Groups withdraw on March 31

[ad_1]

During yesterday’s meeting, a delegation of March 31 signatories, consisting of about 50 political parties (Adma-PASJ, Yelema, Fare ankawili), walked out of the meeting room.

At the beginning of the meeting, constitutionalist Dr. Mamadou Konat, a member of the Fare Anka Wili party, proposed a motion, which was approved within the framework of the discussion. He simply called for the release of the 11 politicians arrested on June 11.

The political parties and signatories of March 31 thus have a veto until the release of the 11 political comrades arrested on June 21. They stated that they would not attend any conference, neither the current one nor any future ones.

An Adema-PASJ party official we spoke to said this is in full agreement with all political parties and groups that signed the agreement on March 31. He revealed before insisting that none of the signatories will participate and we will not allow them to meet.
