Mexico City (apro) – Mexico City International Airport (AICM) ranked 45th with a score of 7.93: 8 for on-time performance, 7.7 for customer reviews and 8 for food and shops.
AirHelp has released a ranking of the best airports in the world, including three Mexican airports.

Los Cabos Airport ranked 22nd with a score of 8.10: 8 for punctuality, 8 for customer reviews, and 8.6 for food and shopping.
Cancun Airport is the last national airport to appear on the list; it ranks 70th with a score of 7.80: 7.7 for on-time performance, 7.8 for customer opinion, and 8.1 for food and shopping.
The five best airports, according to AirHelp
- Qatar’s Hamad Airport (Doha) ranked first with a score of 8.52.
- Cape Town Airport in South Africa ranked second with a score of 8.50.
- Japan’s Nagoya Chubu International Airport ranked third with a score of 8.49.
- Japan’s Itami Airport (Osaka) ranked fourth with a score of 8.46.
- Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport (Brasilia) ranked fifth with a score of 8.32.

The five worst-rated airports were:
- Türkiye’s Antalya Airport ranked 235th with a score of 6.58.
- Nikola Tesla Airport (Belgrade) ranked 236th with 6.53 points.
- London Gatwick Airport in the UK ranked 237th with a score of 6.53.
- Heraklion Airport in Greece ranked 238th with a score of 7.67.
- Tunis Carthage Airport in Tunisia ranked 239th with a score of 5.35.
The study also lists the best airports by country, size and region. In Central and South America, the best airport is Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport (Brasilia) in Brazil.
