The study identifies five main impacts the technology could have on talent management by 2030. The first is the democratization of power, meaning that “as AI becomes increasingly integrated into decision-making, hierarchical traditions within organizations could undergo a significant reconfiguration.”
“This reality has the potential not only to increase efficiency but also foster a more inclusive and collaborative work environment,” the study said.
