Mining Company, An early-stage growth startup focused on delivering innovative AI-driven solutions, formally launched this week and immediately announced the acquisition of Security View In Edison.
Grove, based in Redwood City, California, said the acquisition will bolster the firm’s artificial intelligence, data management and cybersecurity practices, making it a leader in providing comprehensive AI-driven solutions to enterprises.
Gruve made significant progress with the acquisition of SecurView.
Additionally, Rashi Mehta has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, bringing his extensive governance expertise and helping Gruve, founded by Tarun Raisoni and Sushil Goyal, create a strong social responsibility framework for global organizations to adopt AI.
SecurView is a leading network security and identity management services organization with 300 employees worldwide.
In addition to the new acquisition, Gruve has also formed a partnership with Acuvity.AI to collaborate in the areas of cybersecurity and generative AI. Acuvity enables generative AI by solving content-based access control challenges by providing deep visibility, control, and governance in the enterprise.
