AlphaGalileo – The Africa Rice Centre (AfricaRice) is pleased to release a new publication entitled “Continental Investment Initiative to Accelerate Rice Self-Sufficiency in Africa” (CIPRiSSA). The Centre is supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB), which has mandated the Centre to lead the development of CIPRiSSA to support African countries striving to achieve rice self-sufficiency.
