Trump, speaking after laying a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery for three U.S. soldiers killed in the attack, said the humiliation in Afghanistan would cause the United States to lose credibility and respect, which would spread throughout the world.
In a statement on the third anniversary of the incident, Harris paid tribute to the fallen American soldiers.
President Joe Biden’s administration has previously defended the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
