The members of American rock band Aerosmith have decided to officially go their separate ways after lead singer Steven Tyler suffered permanent voice damage last year.
Aerosmith The band announced they were pulling out of touring after lead singer Steven Tyler’s voice was injured and he was unable to fully recover.
American rock band known for hits including Keep dreaming, A man like a lady and Go this waycanceled the September dates of its farewell tour because Taylor required “ongoing treatment” for vocal cord damage and a fractured larynx.
“As you know, Steven’s voice is an instrument like no other,” the band said in a statement on social media platform X.
“He spent months working tirelessly to get his voice back to where it was before his injury. We saw that despite having the best medical team around him, he continued to struggle.
