LUCENA CITY – A woman was killed when a house was destroyed by fire in Bacoor City, Cavite on Thursday night, July 25.
The cause of the fire, which broke out at the two-story home of Evangeline Manuel Perlas in Barangay Molino 3, was unknown, Region 4A police said in a report on Friday.
The fire broke out at 10:15 p.m. that evening and was put out by firefighters 26 minutes later.
Police said Perlas died in the fire. The report did not provide additional information about the victim or how she died.
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the fire.
