The primary school branch is determined by the Ministry of Education through the electronic school system by lottery. “The school administration can only change the primary school branch once during the academic year, based on the written request of the parents, by obtaining the school’s approval letter. The reasonable opinion report prepared by the guidance service department. ” “The branch schools of students enrolled in secondary schools and Imam Hatip Secondary Schools are determined by the Ministry of Education through the electronic school system by lottery. The branch schools of these schools can only be changed once during the academic year by the school administration, based on the written request of the parents, which can be done by obtaining the reasonable opinion report prepared by the guidance service department. ” It was reminded that these regulations are included.
The fifth grade branch will be determined by the e-school
The tasks and procedures for determining the branch schools for primary school students and the branch schools for secondary school students through e-schools among students who are enrolled in the first grade of primary and secondary schools or transferred to the class, and the provisions of the Ministry of National Education on the branch schools for the first grade of primary schools and the implementation of the class branch system for the fifth grade of secondary schools will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Directive on Determining Class Branches through e-schools”.

In this context; It is noted that, in accordance with Article 8 of the relevant directive, the work and procedures for determining student branches and first-year teachers through the electronic school system will be carried out between August 28 and 30, 2024, and as stated in Article 7 of the directive entitled “Work and transactions to be carried out before the draw”, it is very important to carry out transactions in a timely and correct manner.
The Governors were requested to take all precautionary measures to avoid any disruption to the upcoming works and transactions by paying close attention to the provisions of the regulations and directives.
