The two sides paid special attention to increasing trade volume, first of all due to the formation of mutual markets and import substitution from third countries. In this sense, the governments were instructed to adopt a special plan to increase trade volume to $10 billion by the end of the month.

In order to develop industrial cooperation, new agreements and contracts worth a total of US$7 billion were drawn up before the summit. These include projects in the fields of energy, transportation and logistics, metallurgy, textiles, agriculture and construction, as well as inter-regional projects.

Agree to accelerate the construction of the International Industrial Cooperation Center in Xihe District and the settlement of enterprises.

To provide financial support for large-scale projects, the issue of setting up a joint investment fund will be studied.

Issues such as providing favorable conditions for transit cargo transportation, building joint logistics complexes, and developing roads and railways of the two countries were discussed.

Priority was given to the rapid implementation of strategic regional projects, including the first phase of the construction of the Kambarota hydroelectric power plant. The two heads of state stressed the importance of further expanding interregional cooperation. It was agreed to transform the regional forum into a council of leaders of the two regions, with the first meeting to be held in Samarkand this autumn.

The heads of state also exchanged views on regional and international issues of concern to all parties.
