Is necessary:
– 500 g cleaned shrimp

– A spoonful of hot sauce
– Dried herb spice mix
– black pepper
– 100 g chopped cilantro or parsley
Prepare:
Clean the shrimp, but leave the tails on, and fry them in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove them to a larger plate. Add the mashed garlic and grated fresh ginger to the pan and fry briefly for about a minute until fragrant. Add the orange juice, grated zest, vinegar, honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce, pressure cook and stir to dissolve the juices released by the shrimp, then cook until desired consistency. Remove from heat, stir in the fried shrimp, add chopped cilantro or parsley, mix well, and serve with the prepared asparagus.
