The Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stavanchuk congratulated Elissa Spiropali on her assumption of the post of Speaker of the Albanian Parliament.
In his congratulatory message, Stefanchuk invited Spiropal to visit Ukraine at an appropriate time.
