The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC in Portuguese) has set up cheerfully colourful book stalls in various public places around the city, including one in the Three Lanterns Rotunda (also known as the Three Lanterns District), another in the Le Yang Garden leisure area in Fai Chi Kei, and a third outside Taipa Plaza.
