Turkey’s revenue from hazelnut export in the 2023-2024 season reached 2 billion 190 million 616 thousand 619 dollars in 11 months.
In a written statement released by the Black Sea Union of Exporters of Hazelnuts and Hazelnut Products, information on 11-month indicators for the 2023-2024 hazelnut export season, which starts on September 1, was provided.
The statement stressed that in 11 months, 284,467 tons of hazelnuts were exported, with a profit of 2 billion 190 million 616,619 US dollars.
Last year, 283,445 tons of hazelnuts were exported, generating a profit of US$1,070,486,233.
