A car caught fire in the Kiss & Fly short-term car park in front of Terminal A at Luxembourg Airport at noon on Sunday.

The Fire and Rescue Service (CGDIS) responded quickly and effectively controlled the fire and prevented it from spreading to nearby vehicles.

According to Luxembourg Airport, fortunately, no one was injured and there was no threat to passenger safety.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
