In his personal museum there are already all the existing tennis trophies, but in the center of everything there is a space reserved for the only medal he lacks; an Olympic gold medal. Novak Djokovic completed his cycling race and climbed Mount Olympus in Paris.

He did it against the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, who a few weeks ago swept him in the Wimbledon final. This Sunday at the 2024 Paris Olympics, in a very close match, the Serbian won both sets with a score of 7-6, 7-6 in the tiebreak.
The winningest player in tennis history, with 24 Grand Slam titles – 10 in Australia, three at the French Open, seven at Wimbledon and four at the U.S. Open – has yet to win a gold medal at the Olympics.
At 37, this is his last chance to achieve that goal, but ahead of him is young prodigy Alcaraz, who at just 21 is already a player marking the times.
As if that wasn’t enough, they lost to him 3-0 (2-6, 2-6, 6-7) just this past July 14. Dojokovic was visibly moved to tears during the celebration.
