TEL AVIV, August 4 (Sputnik) – A missile attack was launched from Lebanon towards northern Israel, The Times of Israel reported.
The outlet reported that “a barrage of missiles was launched from Lebanon into northern Israel, and numerous Iron Dome (missile defense system) intercepts were seen over the Galilee.”
According to Israel’s Channel 14 TV, about 50 missiles were fired from southern Lebanon into the Upper Galilee.

The Israel Defense Forces announced this Saturday the elimination of Ali Nazih Abdul Ali, a prominent Hezbollah fighter, who was considered a “core terrorist on the southern front” of the Lebanese movement.
He was killed in a drone strike in the town of Bazuriyah in the southern Arab province on Saturday morning, according to the military. (Sputnik)
