The draft law on surrogate motherhood, or otherwise known as surrogate motherhood, has been widely discussed in the Albanian Parliament. This slightly complex topic will be discussed tonight in the episode “Opinion” on KKK TV. Criticism of this issue is widespread, as a large part of society considers it unusual and unacceptable. Surrogacy is carried out on the basis of a written agreement between a woman who wants a child but cannot for medical reasons and a woman who carries and gives birth to the child on her behalf.
