raw material:
– 2 pieces of puff pastry
– 450 g forest fruits
– Some crackers or bread crumbs
– 250 g sugar
– Vanilla Pudding
– 2 pieces of vanilla sugar
– lemon peel
– Cinnamon
Prepare:
Mix the forest fruits with 2 dl of water, 250 g of sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. When the sugar has melted, remove the fruits and mix the pudding with a few tablespoons of water into the boiling syrup. Cool and then place half of the mixture on the rolled puff pastry. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits or breadcrumbs, cover half of the forest fruits, sprinkle with a little cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla sugar if desired. Wrap and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Repeat the process with the other crusts. Before baking, sprinkle the pie with a few pieces of butter. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. While the pie is still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
