The Real Madrid full-back fractured the fibula in his left leg during the third round of the Olympic Games against Spain.
Right back Antonia has withdrawn from the Paris Olympics. The Brazilian’s club Real Madrid reported that she had fractured the fibula in her left leg. The injury occurred in the final round of the group stage against Spain.
Following the clash with the Spanish woman, Antonia underwent imaging tests which confirmed that the fracture line had not shifted, meaning no surgical intervention was required.

She will continue to receive treatment in the Brazilian team’s medical department until the end of the competition.
