Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will travel to Tehran today to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s presidential election winner Mehsoud Pezeshkia.
According to a written statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Fidan will travel to Tehran today to attend the swearing-in ceremony.
In the second round of Iran’s presidential election held on July 5, reformist Toriz People’s Representative and former Health Minister Mesud Pezeshkian won 53.7% of the votes and became the country’s ninth president.
Pezeshkyan will hold a swearing-in ceremony, which will be attended by heads of state and government of many countries.
