President Begay appoints Elnar Fillon as Albania’s ambassador to Ukraine

The President of the Republic Bajram Begay today by a decree appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Albania to the Republic of Ukraine, resident Elnar Ferro.

Begay also ordered the dismissal of only the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Ukraine, the non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Poland Mimozha Halimiin, as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania.
