The Road Development Authority (RDA) has announced the temporary closure of the Kaduwera Interchange on the Southern Expressway. The decision was made following the overflowing of the Kelani River following continuous heavy rains, which resulted in flooding around the Kaduwera Interchange on the Biagama Road.
Therefore, vehicles travelling from Kadawatha to Kaduwera and vehicles entering Kadawatha cannot use the interchange.
