Yeldo Crowd’s second project for 2024 is still in the southern area of ​​Milan, a €1.2 million project involving the transformation of a commercial property into a modern residential complex consisting of 19 residential units located at Via Verro 62 in Milan, in the SouPra neighborhood (south of Prada). The projected ROI is 30.5%, the IRR is 12.5%, and the estimated term is 27 months.

The apartments are spread over four floors and come with 10 garages and parking spaces, with a total commercial area of ​​approximately 1,600 square meters. Designed with an A-class energy efficiency rating, the residential units will offer high-quality finishes and modern comforts, including a home automation system and floor heating. Work is scheduled to begin in June 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

The project’s promoter is Apeiron srl, the real estate arm of the Genesi Holding Group, with extensive experience in real estate development operations in Milan. The marketing of the residential units is carried out under the name Versus 62 and is managed by Dils.

The latest closed call concerns a residential development project costing €2.5 million.
