The launch event was live streamed from its headquarters location in St. Lucia to Dominica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and St. Maarten.
As the Youth Connect Program enters its second year in the Eastern Caribbean, Republic Bank is pleased to support each participant in their career path. The Bank will continue to expand and innovate, remaining steadfast in its mission to empower the next generation of leaders and contribute to the prosperity of the Eastern Caribbean.

The Youth Connection Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide young people with hands-on experience in the workplace. Participants will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge to help them on their way to a successful career. Republic Bank is committed to providing aspiring young professionals with an outlet to gain exposure to the world of work and apply the theoretical principles they learn in school.
