The e-Talon application will automatically transmit each pensioner’s pension slip in electronic format. This electronic document has the same legal effect as a paper pension certificate.
The first notifications about the pension increase will be sent out this month. Most notifications will be sent to pensioners, but pensioners who retired before 2001 will also be reviewed between June and August.

During the pension recalculation process, overtime, night work, overtime or insurance premiums for retirees before 2001 will not be taken into account.
These pensioners benefit from a grace period between September 1, 2024 and March 1, 2025, during which they are urged to personally present to the pension home the relevant documents proving the performance of these additional working hours or the receipt of these premiums. Only then will their pension be readjusted and they will receive the extra money.
It is worth noting that when recalculating pensions for retirees whose service ended before 2001, overtime, night work, overtime or insurance premiums will not be taken into account.
