WikiLeaks founder and whistleblower Julian Assange was all smiles on a deserted beach in Australia in a photo his wife posted on social networks on Monday, nearly a month after returning to his home country.
Stella Assange offered a rare glimpse into the new life of her 53-year-old husband, who was released on June 26 after nearly 14 years of legal trouble. He has shunned the spotlight since his emotional reunion with his wife at the airport in the Australian capital, Canberra.

Stella Assange, who married the WikiLeaks founder while he was imprisoned in London’s high-security Belmarsh prison, has previously said he would use his freedom to “swim in the sea every day”.
