The Namibian Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) will host an investment and trade forum tomorrow (May 30) in partnership with the Tanzanian High Commission in Namibia.
The theme of the forum is “Accelerating Investment and Trade between Tanzania and Namibia for Economic Development”, which aims to strengthen economic ties between the two countries. Namibia and Tanzania have a long-standing relationship, deeply rooted in political and economic cooperation.
In this spirit, the Forum seeks to strengthen investment and trade cooperation, particularly in agriculture, mining, tourism and fisheries.
The event will feature a number of roundtable discussions, providing a platform for stakeholders from both countries to explore and discuss potential opportunities. According to preliminary plans, participants will explore the rich mineral resources and vibrant tourism potential of both countries to attract investors and promote economic growth.
