KUWAIT CITY, July 21: The Supreme Court upheld the Appeal Court’s decision to dismiss the criminal case against an individual described as the “most dangerous Kuwaiti hacker” as the prosecution charges filed 10 years ago were inadmissible.
The 28-year-old hacker is accused of breaking into U.S. Department of Defense websites and accessing sensitive weapons sites, in addition to breaking into 200 U.S. websites.
The suspect had previously been arrested in London and extradited to Kuwait for investigation and transfer to judicial authorities.
