The mayor took over the management of the city of Belo Horizonte in March 2022, after Alexandre Kalil resigned from his post to run for governor of Minas Gerais. This figure is equivalent to 48% of the total. Fouad took over the management of the municipality in March 2022, after the then mayor Alexandre Kalil (PSD) resigned from his post and became a pre-candidate for the Minas Gerais state government. After three and a half years in office, another 17 promises have been partially fulfilled (33%) and 10 have not been fulfilled (19%). Proportionally, the area with the most fulfilled promises is housing – all three promises (100%) have been fulfilled. The area that lags the most is urban transport. 3 out of a total of 11 (27%) were met.
