Kabul (Pajhwok): At least 21 Palestinians were killed on Thursday as the Israeli army intensified its military operations in the Gaza Strip.
Israel launched heavy air strikes on historic refugee camps in the central region and Gaza City in the north.
Meanwhile, tanks advanced further into Rafah in the south of the district, according to health officials and local residents.
Health officials reported that the airstrikes targeted the refugee camps of Zawaida, Breji and Nusseirat, as well as the densely populated city of Deir al-Balah, causing 16 casualties.
