As announced on the RPF-Inkotanyi X website, the discussions and agreement took place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the RPF-Inkotanyi Community Headquarters in Rusororo.

The delegation was led by the Secretary-General of the Central African Republic’s ruling party, the Movement for Unity, and the Speaker of Parliament. Both sides agreed to cooperate in the interests of both countries.
