The two parties signed a cooperation agreement
As announced on the RPF-Inkotanyi X website, the discussions and agreement took place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the RPF-Inkotanyi Community Headquarters in Rusororo.
The delegation was led by the Secretary-General of the Central African Republic’s ruling party, the Movement for Unity, and the Speaker of Parliament. Both sides agreed to cooperate in the interests of both countries.

The party’s executive secretary, Simplice Mathieu Sarange, thanked senior RPF-Inkotani leaders for their close relationship with President Paul Kagame who won the country’s presidential election.
Rwanda and South Africa typically cooperate in various agreements, including those aimed at promoting peace and security between the two countries.
