It was revealed last month that a 75-year-old Dublin woman arrested in Croatia over her daring helicopter prison escape in Chile in 1996 will not be extradited.
Frances Shannon was detained at a Croatian airport on May 15 after a routine check revealed she had an international arrest warrant.
